I'm your neighbor, Randy Stopher, and I live at 127 Gateshead Way in Providence Hunt. My partner, David Kirk, and I are the original owners of our home and have lived in this community since 1996.  As you can see from the three charts at the bottom of this page, it's a buyers' market in Phoenixville and throughout this area.  If you want to buy a home in this beautiful part of the world, there are plenty of choices, at bargain prices.  But sellers have their choice of buyers.  If you want to have your offer for that home-of-your-dreams accepted, you'll need a full-time, professional Realtor to help you navigate the process.  If you plan to sell your home in this area, chances are that you'll that same Realtor to help you price it properly, get it ready for sale and market it aggressively.
