So was Wedgewood Pharmacy, the nation's largest veterinary compounding pharmacy, when it commissioned a Relationship Check-Up© to learn more about its 20,000 prescribers.  (A compounding pharmacy fills custom prescriptions when a different dosage, form or flavor than is commercially available is required.)  Through in-depth telephone interviews and an online survey of nearly 300 customers, Wedgewood learned that 8 in 10 veterinarians say that having access to compounded medications is "extremely important."  (The rest said it's "important.")  To learn more about compounding pharmacy, take a video tour of Wedgewood, which I wrote.
